With reference to your telegram 30th August I carnot assume that Meyerink is merely agent (7)he may
dispute. It will be necessary to assign goodwill in all classes similar to twentyfour thirty four trade mark rules. Meyerink sold good other than Dunlops
in the same two classes. It would be difficult to fix
